Refund Policy

At LocalLink Automations, we take pride in providing high-quality automation services tailored to each client’s needs. Every chatbot or AI voice assistant is built specifically for your business, and we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with the setup and performance of your system.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your automation setup, you may request a refund within 7 days after the date you receive your completed setup. To be eligible, the request must be submitted in writing to locallinkautomations@gmail.com
within that 7-day window. Refund requests made after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.

Once a refund request is received, our team will review the setup, verify delivery, and assess the reason for dissatisfaction. If your request meets the refund criteria, we will issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution’s processing time.

Please note that refunds are only available for the initial setup fee or service delivery. Ongoing monthly plans, hosting, or integration costs associated with third-party platforms (such as Google, Zapier, or payment processors) are not refundable. If we determine that significant customization or development work was completed beyond the initial setup, a partial refund may be provided at our discretion.

Clients who wish to cancel a recurring service may do so at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no prorated refunds will be issued for unused time.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases where the client has not provided the required materials, business details, or approvals necessary to complete the setup, or where the dissatisfaction arises from factors outside our control, such as third-party integration limitations, platform outages, or data errors caused by client inputs.

Our goal is to ensure every client is satisfied with their experience. If you encounter any issues with your chatbot, AI assistant, or automation service, we encourage you to contact us promptly at locallinkautomations@gmail.com.

 

We will work with you to make any necessary adjustments, troubleshoot issues, or provide improvements to ensure your system performs as expected.
